The Jensen’s Journey

The Bandit Gets Free - Probably he got caught in a steel trap like this one over here," their dad said, pointing to an exhibit in the next case.
"But how could he get free from that?" Julie asked.

“Where’s the Fruit?” - Maybe Mom will fix us some with ice cream for dessert. We can top it off with a spoonful or two of blueberries. What do you say?"
Julie groaned. "That would sound better if I hadn't eaten so many while I was picking.

Six Months to Grow-1 - "Jason, don't forget about the spelling test tomorrow."
"I won't need to study for that. I already know all the words. They're just the days of the week. It's a cinch."
"OK," Mr. Jensen said, "how do you spell Tuesday?"
"Easy. Uh, t-u-s-d-a-y."

#82- Grammar Girl - "That Melissa makes me so mad," Julie fumed as the family drove home from church. "She thinks the whole world revolves around her."
"What happened, Honey?" her mother asked from the front seat.

#81- Heart Problems - "I got kicked out of the hockey game."
"Kicked out of the game? Whatever for? What did you do, Honey?"

#80- Good Old Salt! - "Hi, Mom," Julie greeted. "Is Daddy home early? We have to ask him a question for science."
"I'm afraid you won't be able to bother him right now. He's coming down with a bad cold and has a very sore throat."

#79- True Riches - "Don't go anywhere. I'll be right down. I need to talk with you both." The urgency of her voice gave Julie a touch of anxiety.

#78- Always Good! - Just then Jason returned. "No candy tonight. The Christmas program's cancelled."
"Cancelled?" Julie gasped. "Why?"

#77- Deck the Halls - "Hmmm," Julie mused, "I wonder if the berries taste good."
"Don't eat them!" Mr. Jensen warned.

#76: unHoly Smokes - "Here," he offered, "want to try a cigarette?"
"N-No, thanks," Jason responded, somewhat stunned.

#75: Tides Can Teach (2) - EEEEEEK!" Julie screamed, shaking her left foot.
Mrs. Jensen jumped back, startled. "What's the matter?"
"Some ugly creature was crawling on my foot," she squealed with a shiver.
